Here is where i get all the final details for your day to help ensure it all goes smoothly. When it comes to timing, i'm generally fairly flexible, and will need similar time to a photographer so I like to plan my timing to be together with them. As a guide around 30-60 mins is usually enough to capture a groom preparation, around 45-75 minutes is usually enough for bride prep (I am shooting solo so cannot be in two places at the same time sorry! usually these will be a little staggered).

The key events where for video I will need more time is setting up ready for the ceremony and speeches, where an absolute minimum 20 minutes (30 preferred) is needed before they start. This will allow me to properly prepare and test the multiple cameras, audio recording devices and any lighting (if needed).
